Today in the Uk Elton John and David Furnish got Married...
It happened...
I dont feel any different, look any different, my Jeeps still in the
driveway and the couple across the street with two kids is still happily
married and honoring their vows...
The world doesnt look any different or feel different...
So who did it hurt?
Is anyone here any different?



They have been living together for years, having sex for years!
What has changed for THEM?

Well, something that all of you one day will take for granted...
When you are on your deathbed your wife or hubby is allowed in the
hospital room with you at your final moments...
The house that you shared for 25 years (helped pay for, painted,
cleaned, loved, had memories in) will not go to the family members who
disowned your hubby 30 yrs ago when he told them he was gay...
The children you have raised together, helped pay for, clothed, walked
the hallways with colic, fed, watched 5th grade promotions and cried,
wont go to the family members who disowned your wife when she told them
she was gay and who those children barely know or have never met...
And gay families wont go into debt to care for their familes to pay for
benefits hets take for granted...

So its changed for THEM, yes and for the better

But it has not changed anything for us, nor has it hurt us.

Seems WEVE done more to hurt THEM and their families then they've EVER
hurt US.

Thank God thats finally stopping.
